How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local tree provider. That is a business that owns its equipment and carries out the job itself. Flightsromantic Tree Service makes the introduction and steps back. There are no named staff to chase and no middlemen after the handoff.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, practical conversation. The provider will ask about:
- The tree: type, height, and whether it is leaning, split or dead
- What it is near: the roof, walls, fences, pool cage or power lines
- Access: gate width, driveway and room for a truck
- Urgency: is something already damaged, or is this planned?
Photos help. Send a few from different angles if the provider asks.
What to Ask a Provider
A few questions protect you and your home:
- Can I have the quote in writing before work starts?
- Is cleanup and haul-away included in the price?
- How will you protect my roof, especially if it is old tile or shingle?
- Do you carry liability and workers' compensation insurance? Can I see proof?
- What happens if you find rot, a past repair or a hidden line?
- Do you offer stump grinding, and is it quoted separately?
In older homes, hidden surprises are common. A good provider will say so up front.
You Are in Control
You can compare quotes. You can say no. Nothing starts until you agree to the written terms. A provider who pushes you to decide on the spot is not a fit.
If damage may be insured, check your policy. Some policies may cover sudden damage. Providers can often help document it for a claim.
